1. Purposes of Processing Personal Information
Jini Team processes only the minimum information needed for the following purposes:
- Receiving inquiries, verifying identity, responding to requests and providing customer support
- Connecting and authenticating the Instagram accounts, Facebook pages and YouTube channels selected by the user
- Scheduling videos, titles, descriptions and tags requested by the user, and checking publication results
- Checking connections, recording errors, preventing duplicate posts and resolving service issues
- Preventing misuse and protecting accounts and systems

Jini Team does not collect or store social media account passwords.
3. Retention and Use Periods
- Inquiry information: retained for the necessary period after an inquiry is resolved, then destroyed.
- Account identifiers and authentication tokens: retained until disconnection, withdrawal of consent, token expiry or revocation, or termination of service use.
- Publication results and error logs: retained for the period needed to verify operations and resolve issues, then deleted.
Information that must be retained under applicable law is stored separately for the legally required period and then securely destroyed.
4. Third-Party Sharing and External Services
Jini Team does not sell personal information. Data needed for automated posting may be sent to the platforms selected by the user.

When services operated by overseas providers are used, data may be processed on servers outside South Korea. Users can stop subsequent processing by disconnecting their accounts.
5. Measures to Protect Personal Information
- Access is restricted to staff who need it for their work.
- Access tokens are kept in private storage rather than exposed in ordinary publishing spreadsheet cells.
- We use encrypted communications, including HTTPS.
- We review publication and error logs and delete data that is no longer needed.
6. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent. You may also revoke app permissions directly in your connected Instagram, Facebook or Google account settings.
We may request minimal information to verify account ownership. Once verified, requests are handled without delay to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Requesting User Data Deletion
To request deletion of Instagram, Facebook or YouTube data connected to Jiniteam Social Auto Poster, follow these steps:
- Send your request to admin@jinif1.com.
- Use User Data Deletion Request as the email subject.
- Include the connected platform, Instagram username or Facebook page name, and an email address where we can contact you. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
After verifying account ownership, we delete stored account identifiers, authentication tokens, publication records and error logs, then confirm the result. Information subject to a legal retention requirement is deleted after that period ends.
